Job Description Yubin Logistics is actively hiring reliable, hardworking, and motivated independent delivery drivers to join our growing team! We are contracted through GoFo Delivery Services and have immediate openings available. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and earning money based on their productivity. No previous delivery experience is required. Training is provided! Current Hiring Locations We are currently hiring drivers for the following delivery areas: Prattville, AL Millbrook, AL Coosada, AL Pine Level, AL Montgomery, AL Wetumpka, AL IMPORTANT: Applicants must understand that specific routes and delivery locations are not guaranteed. Route assignments are based on operational needs and package availability. Pay Structure Standard Delivery Routes: $1.40 per successfully delivered package Additional $0.50 for double packages WETUMPKA ROUTE: HIGHER PAY! $1.70 per successfully delivered package Additional $0.50 for double packages Example Daily Earnings Standard Routes ($1.40 per package): 100 packages = $140 120 packages = $168 150 packages = $210 Wetumpka Route ($1.70 per package): 100 packages = $170 120 packages = $204 150 packages = $255 These examples are before double-package bonuses, gas, vehicle expenses, and taxes. Earnings depend on actual successfully delivered package volume. Package counts are not guaranteed. Daily Package Volume New drivers typically receive 70 to 120 packages daily during their first week. Experienced drivers may receive 120 to 150 or more packages daily, depending on availability and performance. Additional packages may be available for drivers who demonstrate reliability and efficiency. Schedule and Attendance Requirements Warehouse arrival: 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM Departure deadline: Drivers must be ready to leave the warehouse by 8:00 AM. Weekend availability: Working at least ONE weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is MANDATORY. Drivers are expected to arrive on time and communicate any delays in advance. No-call/no-show absences may result in immediate termination of the contractor relationship. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO THE EARLY MORNING ARRIVAL TIME OR WORK AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY. Driver Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable personal vehicle Valid automobile liability insurance Ability to pass a background check Smartphone compatible with the GoFo Driver app Ability to use GPS navigation Ability to lift, carry, sort, and deliver packages Strong time-management and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently Availability to work at least one weekend day IMPORTANT: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Drivers are responsible for their own gas, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and applicable taxes. Job Responsibilities Arrive at the warehouse between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. Sort, scan, and load assigned packages. Complete loading and depart the warehouse by 8:00 AM. Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers. Follow delivery instructions and GPS navigation.
