Responsibilities Accurately pack and prepare small packages for shipment. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with equipment load & unload carts Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Ensure compliance with shipping procedures, trade regulations, and international trade laws when applicable Perform data entry tasks to document shipment details, update order statuses, and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipment issues promptly and provide excellent support throughout the order fulfillment process Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems, and MRP is a plus Basic math skills for counting items, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately Experience operating warehouse equipment such as RF scanners. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate packing and shipping processes Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting packages, loading/unloading shipments, and standing for extended periods Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions Join us in delivering exceptional logistics solutions!
