Position: We are currently looking to hire a Small Engine Mechanic Assistant/Warehouse Support. This position involves small engine maintenance and repairs, counter service, warehouse support, and occasional work at job sites. The successful candidate must be independent, organized, and willing to assist with daily company operations. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm (with OT paid after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week, whichever is greater) . A safe professional mentality and solid work ethic are important to our company culture. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on small engines and complete service reports. Provide counter service and distribute tools, equipment, and supplies. Pick up parts and materials from suppliers as needed. Operate forklifts and telehandlers safely. Travel to job sites to perform repairs when required. Handle construction and roofing tools and equipment. Keep the tool room clean and organized. Assist with general warehouse duties and daily operations. Familiarity with construction and roofing tools. Ability to complete basic paperwork. Ability to operate a forklift and tele-handler. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Additional Assets Experience in small engine repair, warehouse work, or construction/roofing. Forklift and/or telehandler certification.
