We sell online and out of our brick-and-mortar location. Role Description The Small Business Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This position oversees a huge variety of daily store operations, including customer service, financial administration, inventory management, marketing and public relations, order fulfillment and logistics, web operations, event management, and facilities management. The individual in this role works closely with the owner to ensure the business runs efficiently and consistently. Qualifications 1-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or small business operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, web, social media, etc.). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physcial ability to lift moderate weight boxes, climb step ladders, and work on site. Available to work occasional weekends. Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
