Skilled Forklift Operator

OMNI PRECAST INC.is seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator to join its team. OMNI is a manufacturer of premium precast concrete products with industry roots dating back over 65 years. Requirements - Minimum 2 years experience operating a Forklift - Experience operating a squeeze box is an asset Skills & Abilities - Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations - Ability to listen, speak and communicate effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment - Strong analytical, prioritizing, reporting, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Strong ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail Position Requirements - Must be available to work at whatever start time is required to meet operating objectives as outlined by the Foreman. - Must be available to work extended hours and Saturdays as required. Conduct Requirements - This position requires excellent attendance. An operator with more than 24 hours of unexcused absences in a six-month period may be removed and will return to their pre-operator rate. - This position requires that you act as an ambassador of OMNI PRECAST and its values. An operator that receives a discipline level of written warning or greater may be removed and will return to their pre-operator rate.
