Site Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Site Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily functions of our distribution and logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee warehouse activities, transportation planning, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure seamless supply chain execution. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance process efficiencies, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Responsibilities Lead overall site operations including warehouse management, distribution activities, transportation planning, and freight coordination to meet organizational goals. Develop and implement process improvement strategies utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows. Manage profit & loss responsibilities by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing operational efficiency. Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, procurement, and materials management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and transportation management systems (TMS) for smooth freight movement. Supervise warehouse staff and team members, fostering a high-performance environment through effective managerial communication and team management practices. Utilize ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and supply chain analytics tools to analyze data for decision-making and process enhancements.
