Site Manager – Warehouse Operations & Logistics

Job Summary We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Site Manager to lead our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse and pallet repair operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, pallet repair production, inventory management, and overall facility performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing warehouse teams, improving productivity, controlling operating costs, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Full-Time | Schedule based on operational needs About This Role This position is a hands-on, on-site leadership role requiring an experienced operations professional who can take full ownership of a 3PL warehouse and pallet repair facility. The Site Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for safety, production, quality, inventory accuracy, financial performance, and team development. This role requires a proven leader who understands the demands of warehouse operations, pallet repair processes, labor management, and customer service. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, maximize productivity, control costs, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Compensation & Bonus Base Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience. Annual Bonus : Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary. Essential Functions Lead and manage all daily operations of a 3PL warehouse and pallet repair facility, ensuring performance expectations are met for safety, productivity, quality, cost, and customer service. Oversee pallet repair production, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling activities. Direct and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, pallet repair employees, forklift operators, and other facility personnel to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
