Key Responsibilities
• Supplier Communication: Frequently contact US and international suppliers to expedite orders and get status updates.
• Purchasing & RFQs: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for C-Class and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) items to assist Buyers.
• Reporting & Data: Run daily open PO reports, send updates to suppliers, and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety, ethics, and supply chain policies.
