Site civil superintendent

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Civil Superintendent to lead and oversee all civil construction activities on our project sites. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinating with various teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with construction management software to drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise civil construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software, ensuring timely completion of milestones Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth on-site execution Monitor daily site activities, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular quality control inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship Manage project budgets by tracking costs, controlling expenses, and coordinating procurement activities using construction management tools like ProCore or equivalent software Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues promptly and ensure alignment with project objectives Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, storage, and equipment utilization while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Implement effective communication channels among team members to foster collaboration and address challenges proactively Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in civil construction projects with a strong understanding of site operations Extensive construction experience with a focus on civil works such as grading, excavation, foundations, drainage systems, and infrastructure development Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, and quality control procedures expertise in Deep under ground utilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning for large-scale projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate among diverse stakeholders and ensure project alignment Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure development!
