Sign Shop & Warehouse Lead

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – SIGN SHOP We are only accepting applicants with sign industry experience. A local sign company in Clearwater, FL is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our sign projects moving by making sure materials, signs, hardware, and installation supplies are received, organized, and ready when our crews need them. This is primarily a warehouse/shop position, but there is field work as well assisting our installation team. Previous sign shop, warehouse, vinyl, or sign installation experience is required. Plotter experience is required. Responsibilities: Receive and unload incoming deliveries and materials Check deliveries for accuracy and report damaged or missing items Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Help load and unload installation vehicles Keep the warehouse, yard, and material storage areas clean and organized Track commonly used supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered Assist with locating materials and job components for active projects Move sign cabinets, aluminum, posts, hardware, and other materials throughout the shop Help prepare and package completed signs for installation or customer pickup Assist field team members with installations as needed Assist with vinyl installation and application; training can be provided Assist with installation of site signs and other basic signage Assist with vinyl printing and cutting using a plotter; experience is a plus, but training can be provided Assist other warehouse, production, and installation team members as needed Assist with sign repair in shop What We’re Looking For: Dependable and able to show up on time consistently Forklift experience Organized and comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment Able to safely lift and move materials Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Willing to learn different areas of sign production and installation Able to work independently while also being part of a team Good communication skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license preferred Previous sign shop, warehouse, vinyl, or sign installation experience This is a hands-on position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new skills, working with a team, and taking ownership of keeping things organized.
