Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our team, responsible for installing various products and systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in installation processes across different environments. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup of products or systems. Install equipment, fixtures, or systems according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. Test installed systems for functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after installation. Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule installation appointments and confirm requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and handling tools and materials responsibly. Complete all required documentation, including installation reports and checklists, accurately and promptly. Assist with inventory management by tracking tools, parts, and materials used during installations. Skills Proven experience in installation work or related technical roles is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. Physical dexterity and stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments. Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.
