We are seeking versatile crews with proven expertise in installing both premium Vinyl Siding and LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding . If you take pride in top-tier craftsmanship across multiple materials and want steady, consistent work throughout the Quad Cities and Eastern Iowa , we want to partner with you! We handle the sales, ordering, and staging. You focus on doing what you do best: high-quality installations. Professional Support: Clear project scopes Responsibilities Tear down and install Vinyl siding and LP® SmartSide® engineered wood siding according to manufacturer specifications. Install wrapping, insulation, flashing, soffit, fascia, and custom trim/wrap work with high attention to detail. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa brand. Travel across Eastern Iowa and the Quad Cities region to complete scheduled projects. Requirements Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional siding installation experience, with a strong, proven background working with both Vinyl and LP® SmartSide® products. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of standard vinyl locking systems as well as LP's strict spacing, gapping, and cutting requirements. Equipment: Must have your own reliable truck, trailer, ladders, staging, brake, and all necessary specialized hand/power tools. Credentials: Must carry valid General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance. Legalities: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a standard background check.
