Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job. Driver pre and post inspections required. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their truck is in compliance with IWS’s safety standards as well as OSHA and DOT regulations, and local traffic laws, prior to and while operating the vehicle. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Do Operate a Side Load Garbage Truck servicing residential customers throughout the Chester area. Safely collect and transport waste and recycling materials while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
