plants, and customer job sites. You'll drive newer equipment, including brand-new 2027 Peterbilts and Kenworths pulling SmithCo side dumps. You'll work close to home and sleep in your own bed every night.Why Our Drivers Stay Busy Year-Round: Our Class A drivers are cross-trained on our ready-mix trucks too. That means more variety, a team that covers for each other, and steady hours when the seasons change. When pours slow down in winter, we keep hauling to stockpile our plants, so there are plenty of hours all winter long. Drivers may also help out at our Williston location when needed.What You'll DoHaul aggregate safely with side dumps, belly dumps, and dump trucksDeliver ready-mix concrete when needed (we'll train you)Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues to the shopCommunicate with dispatch and customersFollow DOT regulations and company safety proceduresWhat You NeedClass A CDL with a clean driving recordAble to work 50–60 hours per weekSide dump, belly dump, or aggregate hauling experience a plus, but not requiredReliable, safe, and a team playerWhy Work With Us?
