Showing Agent / Buyer Specialist – Real Appointments, Part-Time Start OK | SWFL

Love showing homes and working with buyers? We book the appointments. You show the houses and write the offers. The Milner Team is a family real-estate business, three generations local, now building the most systemized team in Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. We built our own stack instead of renting one: — MIRA, our own AI operating system, picks up every new lead the moment it arrives and keeps follow-up going inside our contact rules — Our AI inside-sales agent plus a live team member work each lead, so what reaches you is qualified and comes with notes, not a raw name — Our own CRM and power dialer, built into one pipeline. Your calling minutes are covered — Our own website and IDX, fed by Facebook and YouTube ads the team pays for. You never buy leads — A transaction coordinator the moment you go under contract — Weekly training, scripts and huddles with a team lead who still lists and closes in this market — A content team producing video and posts for the team, our listings and your brand This seat is buyer-side: consults, showings and offers with people who are expecting your call. Start with showings and grow into full buyer representation as your pipeline fills. Full-time agents have the most upside. Part-time starts are welcome while you build. No desk fee, no tech fee, no franchise fee, no transaction fee. 1099 independent contractor, commission only. Commission based, leads provided. There is no salary and no income guarantee. We walk through exactly how pay works in a 20-minute call. Need: active Florida real estate license (or sitting the exam now), full-time commitment, and you want to be the closer.
