What you'll do Show properties to buyers from leads I provide Follow up quickly on client questions after showings Support listing coordination: showing active listings, running open houses, and coordinating lockboxes and signage Handle light paperwork: showing feedback, CRM notes, scheduling, and document prep Two ways to work with me Showing Agent: Flexible, paid per showing. Ideal if you want steady work with immediate pay, on your own schedule. Growth Track: For agents who want to build a real career. You get compensation at closing, one-on-one mentorship with a weekly coaching call, and my full playbook, including prospecting, listing presentations, CRM and follow-up systems, and transaction management. We'll build a plan around your goals.
