Fredinburg MasonryCompany Overview Fredinburg Masonry is a commercial and residential masonry contractor. Key Responsibilities Yard & Shop Housekeeping : Maintain strict organization and cleanliness throughout the equipment storage yards, bays, and tool rooms. Keep aisles clear, sweep floors, dispose of debris, and maintain a safe working environment. Equipment Inspection & Repair : Routinely inspect incoming and outgoing tools and equipment. Assess broken or malfunctioning machinery (such as small engines, power tools, cords, generators) and perform minor repairs or preventive maintenance if capable. Supply & Parts Running : Drive company vehicles to local suppliers to pick up building materials, tool parts, and shop supplies as needed. Inventory Control : Help track tools and equipment assigned to different field crews to prevent loss. Report missing items or machinery requiring outsourced professional service to management. Qualifications and Skills Driver's License: Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record (no major infractions) to operate company vehicles. Mechanical Aptitude: Proven experience or strong comfort level troubleshooting and repairing basic mechanical tools, small engines, or hardware. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs regularly, work on your feet, and navigate outdoor yard environments in varying Oregon weather conditions. Reliability: A self-motivated worker who can complete tasks independently without constant daily supervision. Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
