Shop Manager - Truck & Trailer Repair
DK MAX TRUCKING INCLead a hands-on semi-truck and trailer repair shop in Oswego, IL. You’ll keep work organized, support safe and efficient operations, and keep customers informed. Duties Assign and monitor repair and maintenance work Diagnose and oversee repairs to diesel engines, transmissions, air brakes, suspension, and electrical systems Review completed repairs for quality and safety Communicate repair needs and progress with customers Promote safe work practices Train and support technicians and shop helpers Requirements 3+ years of semi-truck or trailer repair experience 2+ years of leadership experience Strong diesel diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and use hand and power tools Strong customer service and communication skills Welding and fabrication skills are a plus What we offer Lunch provided Leadership role in a growing shop Opportunities for career growth Long-term employment opportunities Pay based on experience and skills To apply: Apply on Indeed or send your resume to operations@88superior.com.
