Shop Forklift Technician

We are looking for a Shop Forklift Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment in our shop. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Document repairs and parts used Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company safety and service procedures Qualifications Experience repairing forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel equipment, automotive, or similar mechanical equipment Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to use basic hand and diagnostic tools What We Offer $25 - $33 an hour based on experience and certifications Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays First-shift schedule with no nights or weekends Shop-based position with no field travel Sign-on bonus Get to know us: Fraza and Vitan Equipment is a full-service material handling business with over 300 skilled employees across Michigan and the East Coast.
