Shop Foreman/Diesel Mechanic

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, and Shop Forman. The shop foreman is responsible for leading daily shop operations, directing employees, assigning work and ensuring that jobs are completed safely and efficiently. The position requires a strong leader who can hold employees accountable, communicate expectations clearly and keep the shop operating productively. Key Responsibilities: · Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. · Monitor employee performance and address issues promptly and professionally. · Hold team members accountable for completing assigned work correctly and on schedule. · Coordinate workflow to keep jobs moving efficiently and minimize downtime.
