Shop & Equipment Operations Technician

Payment Wages is Dependent on Experience! Shop Organization & Inventory Management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse. Manage inventory of construction materials, tools, supplies, and equipment. Track materials received, issued, and returned from projects. Monitor inventory levels and communicate purchasing and restocking needs. Organize paint, coatings, tools, hardware, and other construction materials. Assist with loading and preparing trucks and trailers for upcoming projects. Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records using company tracking systems. Equipment Maintenance & Mechanical Work Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on company trucks, trailers, tools, and construction equipment. Diagnose and complete basic mechanical repairs when qualified. Maintain small engines, pumps, pressure washers, generators, and other construction equipment. Identify equipment requiring professional repair or servicing. Keep maintenance records and help minimize equipment downtime. Ensure equipment is clean, operational, and ready for daily use. Driving, Transportation & Equipment Operation Safely operate company trucks and tow equipment and material trailers. Deliver and pick up materials, equipment, and supplies at project locations. Properly load, secure, and transport construction materials and equipment. Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other construction equipment as trained and authorized. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries at the shop and project sites. Maintain safe driving practices and comply with applicable transportation regulations. Field Operations & Construction Support Learn Evergreen Courts' sports construction methods and installation procedures. Assist field crews with concrete preparation, post-tension court construction, court surfacing, modular tile installation, and general construction activities as needed. Deliver additional materials and equipment to active projects. Perform general construction labor when required. Support project managers and field supervisors with equipment and material coordination. Be willing to work outdoors and travel to project locations as needed.
