Position Position Title: Canadian Ginseng Farm — Product Processing and Sales Assistant Work Location: Canadian Ginseng Farm Mississauga Distribution Centre 1675 The Chase, Mississauga, Ontario Key Responsibilities Maintain appropriate and efficient inventory levels. Accurately process, sort, and package products according to customer orders. Maintain strict quality control and always put our customers' health first. Respond enthusiastically to customer inquiries and provide objective and appropriate advice. Assist customers in following up on the status of their orders. Launch, monitor, evaluate, and improve the company's product marketing activities. Update and improve product packaging, design, and displays. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well maintained. Qualifications and Requirements Understand a company's social responsibilities and be committed to fulfilling them. Be honest, kind, and consistently considerate of customers' needs. Be practical, meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Be fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese . These language skills are mandatory. Have excellent communication skills. Have a good employment record. Reference checks are required. Have at least 24 months of work experience in Canada . Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, retail experience, or pharmaceutical processing experience will be considered an asset. Be familiar with computers, the Internet, and Microsoft Office. Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen . Have some knowledge of e-commerce and WooCommerce . Have management experience in manufacturing or retail. Have strong insights into marketing. Enjoy challenges and have an optimistic and open-minded attitude. Be committed to growing together with our company and achieving success together. Compensation and Benefits Competitive and reasonable compensation, starting at $23/hour . Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week . The company will make the required employer contributions toward CPP and EI in accordance with applicable regulations.
