Shipping/Warehouse Worker (10am-6pm)

We are seeking a reliable Shipping Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order selection, shipping, inventory accuracy, and daily coordination with production. This role ensures customer orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in accordance with required procedures. Key Responsibilities Generate daily pick lists and prepare customer orders for shipment Pick, stage, and load orders using a hi-lo, order picker, or pallet jack Create shipping documents and packing lists using the computer system Follow customer-specific shipping instructions Receive and put away finished goods, verifying quantities and part numbers Maintain FIFO inventory practices and accurate inventory records Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy (95%+ target) Coordinate with production and scheduling teams to address shortages and expedite parts Arrange carrier pickups and expedited shipments as needed Deliver and pick up parts using a company vehicle when required Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and safe Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
