Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator to join our North Vancouver team. This is a hands-on position that involves shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and supporting our logistics operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, pays attention to detail, is comfortable using computers, and is interested in developing new skills. Previous warehouse or shipping experience is an asset, but we're equally interested in individuals with strong organizational skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders ranging from individual customer shipments to large palletized retailer and international shipments. Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, pallet labels, and carrier paperwork. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and help monitor shipment progress. Follow customer-specific shipping and packaging requirements to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. Assist with investigating shipment discrepancies, damages, shortages, and freight claims. Warehouse & Inventory Management Receive incoming materials and products, verify quantities and condition, and ensure accurate inventory records. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including stock locations, lot identification, and product rotation. Use our NetSuite ERP and warehouse management systems to support inventory transactions, shipping, and receiving. Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts. Maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. Teamwork & Cross-Functional Support Work closely with our Order Desk, Production, and Operations teams to coordinate daily shipping and inventory activities. Learn additional order processing and logistics functions to provide backup support when needed. Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, accuracy, and efficiency. Support other operational activities as required. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve everyday problems. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving materials up to approximately 20 kg. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, warehousing, or logistics is an asset. Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is an asset but not required. Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided. You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and motivation to learn.
