Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and material movement within the warehouse. This role supports production by picking and delivering components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing finished goods for shipment, including building and packaging pallets for large equipment. Key Responsibilities -Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments. -Load, unload, package, label, and prepare outbound shipments. -Pick and stage components and materials to support daily production requirements. -Build, crate, and secure pallets for large equipment and customer shipments. -Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. -Maintain accurate inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts. -Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures. -Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to support operational goals and on-time deliveries. Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent. -Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling operations preferred. -Forklift experience or certification preferred. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties. -Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork.
