Shipping/Warehouse Associate

As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are received, stored, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Shipping & Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and documenting orders according to company standards. Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before shipping. Receive incoming shipments, check against packing slips, and report discrepancies. Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Pick and stage orders for delivery or pickup. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Documentation & Communication: Accurately record shipment data (weight, charges, damages, discrepancies). Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control. Basic math skills for counting inventory. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
