You will be fully trained to complete shipping verification, gmp audit assistance, and label changes. You will also offer support for maintaining supplies and cleanliness. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows basic GMP, ISO Procedures, GLP, Safety, Data Entry and/or other electronic record keeping tools. Supporting receiving, shipping and warehousing. Completes work on time and accurately. Utilizes and continues to acquire basic ingredient knowledge. Utilizes and continues to acquire basic product processing knowledge. Able to perform multiple tasks daily, with the flexibility of re-arranging daily workload to accommodate higher priority needs. Performs other related duties and assignments as required such as; Audit allergen and organic storage locations. Audit shipping accuracy Audit access control Verify label changes are accurate. Communicate with warehousing staff the movement of material when being loaded Identify and address food safety/GMP issues. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience working in Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Production environment, preference for GMP/regulated production exposure. Quality oriented and experience with inspection, swabbing, sampling desired. Great communication skills - both written and verbal and ability to effectively work with teams from various backgrounds/departments. High School, equivalent or degree in related field preferred Bar-code experience Forklift (standup) experience Basic math skills Basic computer skills, (Word and Excel) Self-motivated & commitment to continuous improvement Able to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout 8 hour shift. REF:113825BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
