What you'll do Oversees all activities associated with the areas of Shipping and Dispatch. Manages associates and contributes to shipping and delivering materials. Ensures trucks and equipment are maintained and in safe working conditions and to DOT standards Ensures the branch quality management system continuously delivers products and/or services that meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining ISO 9001 requirements. Manages and directs the performance of a small team of Shipping Associates and Delivery Drivers. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; strongly prefer at least 1 year of related supervisory experience, ideally in a warehouse or distribution center environment that utilizies RF technology Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong comfort level with using computers on a daily basis. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current and valid drivers license. Location: You must live within a reasonable distance from the Distribution Center. This job is NOT remote and requires you to enter the center every workday.
