Shipping Supervisor

Required Skills & Experience • High school diploma • At least 2 years of shipping management or supervisory experience • Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail Job Description • Manage incoming and outgoing shipping activities • Oversee outbound orders and track unfulfilled orders • Manage finished goods and operating-supply inventory accuracy • Conduct regular inventory reconciliation • Direct finished goods to appropriate storage locations • Inspect loading operations and ensure compliance with shipping specifications • Determine truck load limits and prioritize shipping methods • Resolve discrepancies between shipping teams and vendors • Ensure adequate stock availability to reduce shortages • Support hiring, training, and supervision of shipping personnel • Identify process improvements and support standardization efforts This role is paying up to $35.25 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
