Perform a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with receiving operations, shipping, inventory control, & stockroom, in accordance with established procedures. This is a 1st shift position with the following hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm (Overtime may be required) What You Will Do: Accurately pack and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines and customer specifications. Work closely with the delivery assurance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders. Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and any discrepancies to ensure proper stock levels and traceability. Complete and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, and shipping manifests. Operate forklifts or other machinery to load and unload goods efficiently and safely. Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy. Keep your work area organized and clean, following housekeeping protocols to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Qualifications We Prefer Experience using an ERP desired. SAP experience is preferred. PIV experience is preferred. Current training in appropriate shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping, government, international, ocean air, parcel and LTL truck shipments. Maintain as required. Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.
