Shipping Specialist for Web-to-Print Department

Job Summary Responsible for processing, packing, and shipping Web-to-Print customer orders and maintaining store inventory accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and understand job tickets, packing instructions, and shipping procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare shipments for FedEx, UPS, international shipments, and other carriers. Review job tickets, packing slips, and shipping paperwork for accuracy. Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment by using computer systems to generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation. Process paperwork and prepare incoming products for placement into store inventory by verifying products and quantities against job tickets and packing slips. Accurately verify and count new and refill inventory and add quantities to the store using Marcom software. Track shipments and communicate with customers and internal departments about lost, delayed, or missing shipments and provide proof-of-delivery documentation as needed. Maintain an organized shipping area and follow company shipping procedures. Perform other shipping and Web-to-Print duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic computer skills and ability to learn Web-to-Print, Marcom, and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or Web-to-Print experience is a plus. Experience with Marcom software is a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 40 pounds . Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Requires frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements. Requires walking up and down steps multiple times a day.
