Shipping Specialist

Shipping Specialist Dragonfly Energy, a Reno based lithium-ion battery manufacturer, is seeking a full-time Shipping Specialist to work in the Shipping & Receiving Department. This is an entry-level position in which you will be the go-to link between Sales, customers, and Operations to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process. The ideal candidate will be dependable, have a positive attitude, be willing to work hard, and want to work on a fun, tight-knit team. Shifts Morning: 8am - 4:30pm Job Duties Label packages according to invoice Pick battery SKU according to invoice Pack batteries in air foam machine Program accessories as needed Wrap and strap pallets according to invoice Complete inventory Process returns File FedEx claims when needed File and organize shipping records Complete online orders Ensure proper packing techniques and shipping practices Coordinate and schedule customer shipments Communicate ship dates, tracking details, and delivery updates to customers and Sales Team Work with warehouse and logistics to resolve shipping issues or delays Maintain accurate order and shipment records in our system Support Sales with order status, backorders, and customer inquiries Skills and Qualifications Excellent organization and communication skills Exemplary customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment Detail oriented and multitasking skills Positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day Ability to work in both an office and warehouse setting Benefits Medical Dental PTO Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Language: English (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Reno, NV 89521 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Reno, NV 89521: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
