Permobil has a position open for a Shipping Specialist Pay Range: $22 to $23 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours.) Your Role in Our Mission Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists. Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing. Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment using shipping software. Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. What You’ll Bring High school diploma education level or equivalent education. Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic computer and scanning device skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with adaptive technology, mobility equipment, or medical device standards desired. Proven ability to work in a team environment with other groups as necessary.
