You take pride in getting shipments right the first time, you keep your area clean without being asked, and you don't mind physical work on your feet all day. Job Responsibilities Execute the shipping/receiving process accurately — correct quantities, correct documentation, on time, every time Receive, inspect, and handle incoming materials; stage and move them safely and efficiently through the warehouse Keep inventory accurate — counts, organization, and location tracking Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-compliant Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred; forklift certification a plus Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts and documentation Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Reliable, safety-minded, and works well on a team Compensation Benefits $16-20/hr, depending on experience 100% company-paid primary and urgent healthcare Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with 50% company match Life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Counseling programs Career path planning and continuing education Export Control Notice Equal Opportunity Employer We require access to export-controlled information.
