Our LESS of Wesley Chapel branch is seeking a dependable, highly organized individual to join our team as a Shipping, Receiving & Warranty/Rebate Coordinator. This is a key operational position responsible for ensuring incoming and outgoing inventory is handled accurately, manufacturer warranty claims and rebates are properly processed, and credits owed to the company are tracked through completion. This position combines hands-on shipping and receiving responsibilities with computer-based administrative work and is best suited for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working independently, and takes ownership of getting things completed. Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Job Summary: This role manages shipping and receiving parts, inventory control, warranty claims, and rebate processing. It involves coordinating the movement of parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying rebate eligibility, and reviewing warranty requests. The position works closely with parts and service teams, vendors, and internal staff to ensure efficient operations. There is no customer interaction or meetings with customers. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with inventory systems are essential for success. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely movement of parts and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records. Process rebate requests by verifying documentation and eligibility. Review warranty claims, coordinate with manufacturers, and document outcomes. Collaborate with service teams to facilitate part exchanges. Communicate with vendors regarding shipments, returns, and warranty issues. Maintain transaction records related to shipping, warranties, and rebates. Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to support accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; training in logistics or inventory management is a plus. Experience in shipping, receiving, or warranty processing is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for internal coordination and vendor communication. The ability to operate relevant equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills including familiarity with inventory management software. Shipping & Receiving Receive incoming equipment, parts, accessories, and merchandise. Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Inspect incoming shipments for shortages, incorrect items, and freight damage. Document and report freight damage and shipping discrepancies. Accurately receive inventory into the company's computer/POS system. Verify model numbers, part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, and other required information. Label, organize, stage, and route incoming merchandise to the proper department or inventory location. Prepare outgoing shipments, equipment transfers, warranty returns, and parts returns.
