Role Overview Roto-Versal Energy Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Warehouseman to support our Odessa shop operations. This position plays a critical role in keeping our field crews operating efficiently by managing incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring equipment and materials are properly organized, staged, and ready for upcoming jobs. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced oilfield service environment. Primary Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments of parts, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized. Stage equipment, parts, and supplies for upcoming field operations. Coordinate with shop personnel, field crews, and management to ensure materials are available when needed. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and identifying inventory discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shop environment. Follow company procedures for material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Preferred Experience Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills when working with shop personnel and field crews. Experience in the oil and gas, mechanical, or industrial service industry is preferred. Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic computer systems is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a busy shop environment.
