Job Title: Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Associate (RF Scanner / WMS / Forklift) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.50 per hour Location: 2201 drew Road, mississuaga, L5S1E5 Ontario. About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, packing, picking, RF scanning, using our Warehouse Management System (WMS), operating a forklift, and providing customer service support. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition of goods Scan and process inventory accurately using RF (handheld) scanners Enter and update information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Pick orders accurately according to pick lists or system instructions Pack and prepare outbound orders to company and customer standards Label, weigh, and process shipments Load and unload trucks Operate forklift safely to move materials as required Maintain clean and organized shipping, receiving, and picking areas Perform cycle counts and inventory checks using RF scanners and WMS Report damaged or incorrect shipments Assist with basic quality control checks Provide friendly customer service regarding order and shipping inquiries Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and team members Help and support other team members as needed Follow all health, safety, and warehouse procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Previous experience in shipping, receiving, packing, or warehouse environment preferred Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset Valid Forklift Certification preferred Valid G Driver’s License is an asset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and willing to help others Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Starting wage of $20.50 per hour Full company benefits package after successful completion of probation period Steady full-time hours Opportunity to grow within the company Supportive team environment How to Apply: Please submit your resume by applying through Indeed.
