Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate Company: Morard and Company Inc Job Type: Full-Time Morard and Company Inc is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in making sure materials are received, organized, labeled, and prepared correctly for our projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work primarily with commercial doors, hollow metal frames, and door hardware , so attention to detail is important to ensure the correct materials are properly identified and sent to the right job. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Label, sort, and organize door hardware, doors, and hollow metal frames. Prepare and stage materials for shipment and jobsite delivery. Load and unload trucks safely. Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Check orders for accuracy and report missing or damaged materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds . Ability to safely operate a forklift . Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day. Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Experience with commercial doors, frames, or door hardware is a plus.
