Shipping/Receiving & Warehouse Associate

Description: Malloy is seeking a reliable and efficient Shipping/Receiving & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role ensures orderly distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed. Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and materials in the warehouse. Provides relevant product information to customers and quotes for sales. Responsibilities: Answer telephone and handle customer calls regarding sales of products. Assist with processing of ingoing and outgoing requests for sales order returns. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently. Support in tracking inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts. Prepare shipments by packaging and labeling items according to specifications. Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions against orders. Accurately enter shipping and receiving information into inventory management systems. Support local deliveries and communicate with the department and customers to confirm delivery details, address and changes that arise. Following all traffic laws and safely regulations during deliveries. Assist cleanliness of the store front, snow removal, sweeping, etc. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Perform other functions as necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Willingness to obtain medical card. Great attention to detail and good communication skills for customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as apart of a team.
