Key Responsibilities:
• Coach employees daily through leadership, instruction, and engagement
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures
• Initiate continuous improvement for Shipping and Receiving processes
• Escalate safety, production, quality, and personnel issues
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and facility security
Requirements:
• Three years of shipping and receiving experience
• Knowledge of picking, packing, documentation, and truck loading
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience preferred
• Ability to lead and coach others
