Creative Safety Supply, LLCShipping & Receiving Team Lead Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE Location: Beaverton, OR Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role Creative Safety Supply is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shipping & Receiving team. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Coordinate daily orders, priorities, and workloads for the Shipping & Receiving team Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members Train employees on shipping processes, equipment, safety practices, and company procedures Review outgoing orders for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation Prepare and process domestic and international shipments Receive and verify incoming shipments Use shipping systems, computers, and handheld scanners to process and track orders and inventory Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the Warehouse Manager Troubleshoot shipping and inventory issues and escalate when needed Work closely with Packaging and other warehouse teams to keep customer orders moving Assist with onboarding and training new employees Support inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Participate in company safety initiatives and the Safety Committee as needed Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need to Be Successful 3+ years of warehouse experience required At least 1 year of lead or leadership experience required Previous shipping and receiving experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, shipping systems, and handheld scanners Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while providing direction and support to a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred OSHA 30 General Industry training preferred, or ability to complete the training within 90 days of hire; company-paid training provided Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid training and development Fully stocked breakroom with free snacks and drinks Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as required Disclosures Creative Safety Supply LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
