Works alongside the shipping team to complete daily packaging, labeling, and shipment processing activities. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that operators are running to the dispatch list Schedule and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries Ensure accurate shipments and inventory transactions Preparing and maintaining all necessary shipping documents, such as bill of lading and custom forms Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing materials when required to support warehouse operations. Monitor shipping supplies and submit replenishment requests to prevent operational delays. Hold employees accountable for safety, quality and production quotas. Cross-train team members and provide coverage for shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions as needed. Make conscience efforts to prevent injuries and dangerous situations; report and document any accidents or near misses to the safety officer Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications (Required) At least 18 years of age High School diploma or GED 2+ years Supervisory experience Computer proficiency Job Qualifications (Preferred): Previous manufacturing experience preferred Physical Requirements of the Job: Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day Able to frequently walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and lift for 8-12 hours per day Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: Shipping & Receiving Lead: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Hayward, CA 94545 (Required) Work Location: In person
