Your work directly supports repair operations, compliance, and production teams in an onsite, first-shift role (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM) operating in the US/Eastern time zone. This is a safety-sensitive, FAA-regulated position subject to random drug testing. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Process outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS procedures Receive and process incoming materials and units for repair, verifying and maintaining records Coordinate with team leads to maintain accurate visual inventory displays Work with Compliance on incoming materials, Air Waybill approvals, and tracking Identify, control, and document non-conforming materials per quality procedures Tag and identify parts and components per established quality standards Maintain order and proper storage of aircraft material Support development and improvement of processes and procedures Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may include variable schedules, nights, or weekends Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 2–4 years prior related shipping/receiving or material handling experience High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with computers and significant data-entry/keyboarding experience Ability to read and interpret MSDS, safety rules, operating and quality instructions Attention to detail and returns processing knowledge Ability to lift and move packages regularly (10–35 lbs) and periodically heavier loads up to 75–100 lbs Ability and willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies and pass drug/alcohol screenings Ability to use a standing lift truck and perform routine physical material handling tasks Pay Range $16.00 - $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
