Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Overview As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting timely order fulfillment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track shipments, update data, and help ensure products are handled correctly. Your impact: Accurate receiving and shipping records help warehouse teams and customers get the right products where they need to be. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, record, and put away shipments; report discrepancies or damage. Pick, package, stock, and prepare orders for shipment, following shipping logistics and packaging procedures. Load and unload freight using equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack. Update inventory and shipment information in warehouse management systems. Support warehouse distribution, order picking, and customer service by coordinating with colleagues and carriers. Experience Warehouse experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred. Basic math, accurate data entry, and familiarity with Google Workspace are important. Experience with domestic & international freight shipments including UPS Worldship & TForce software. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is preferred. Ability to safely use a forklift and pallet jack is an asset; follow applicable equipment and site procedures. Knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
