Shipping & Receiving Specialist (#3878)

Become a Key Player as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist You will ensure timely, accurate movement of incoming and outgoing materials to support production and customer commitments. You will coordinate with planners, production supervisors, and team leads to keep inventory and shipping processes running smoothly. Onsite — 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Execute efficient and accurate shipping and receiving processes, including preparing shipping documents and coordinating carrier pickups Enter job numbers and verify part numbers and footage in WW3; update shipping/receiving logs Prepare hoses for shipment: box, fill to quantity, label, and include conformance certificates Unload trucks, inspect deliveries for damage, and receive raw materials and supplies into WW3 Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate material flow with planners and production leads Keep the work area clean and follow 5S and safety/quality guidelines Report production issues to the direct lead and perform related tasks at or below the role classification Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or GED (international diplomas may need translation) U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required Ability to read, write legibly, speak, and communicate in English Comfortable using a pallet jack and standing forklift; able to stand and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail when reading work orders and completing documentation Here's What Else Might Help You Out Basic computer skills Basic understanding of lean fundamentals Pay Range $15.00 - $18.75/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
