Packages and ships using carrier services UPS, FedEx, and DHL Prepares domestic and international documents as needed Keeps current on all state, federal, and international shipping regulations to ensure compliance Works closely with Quality to ensure incoming materials meet requirements for production Receives incoming deliveries accurately and efficiently Handles RMA receiving and documents accurately in CRM Maintains proper levels of all shipping, office, and kitchen supplies Creates and submits purchase orders for shipping, office, and kitchen supplies Creates return labels for Customer Service as needed Provides accurate weights and dimensions for orders are requested by Sales and Customer Service Manages needs of the marketing team by coordinating domestic and international shipments with preferred carriers or freight forwarders Minimum of 2 years' experience with domestic and international shipping and receiving MRP system experience, preferably CRM and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central Sufficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of international shipping processes required Apply Now for consideration for this Customer Service Representative position!
