Shipping, Receiving & Quality Control Specialist

Job Description 725 Print Lab, Inc. is a growing apparel decoration company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and custom branded apparel for businesses, schools, churches, and organizations. We are looking for a Shipping, Receiving & Quality Control Associate who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring that customer orders are accurate, organized, and shipped on time. Responsibilities Shipping Pack completed customer orders for shipment or pickup Verify garment sizes, counts, and decoration accuracy Print and apply shipping labels (UPS/FedEx) Ensure orders are shipped according to deadlines Receiving Receive incoming garments and materials from vendors Verify quantities and product accuracy Organize and stage garments for production teams Report shortages or issues to management Quality Control Inspect printed and embroidered garments Check artwork placement, thread colors, and print quality Identify and report misprints or defects Ensure orders meet company quality standards Production Support Sort garments for production orders Assist production teams when needed Maintain organized staging and work areas Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or production experience preferred Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or apparel decoration is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized and work efficiently Ability to lift 30–50 lbs Reliable and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Works well in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in accuracy and organization Shows up on time and ready to work Works well with a team-oriented production staff Job Information Job Location: High Point, NC Industry: Manufacturing / Production / QA Job Function: QualityAssurance Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $15.00 per hour Workflow: Standard Workflow REQUIREMENTS 725 Print Lab, Inc. is a growing apparel decoration company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and custom branded apparel for businesses, schools, churches, and organizations.
