Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment Lead Precision Manufacturing Group | West Michigan Precision Manufacturing Group (PMG), a fabricator of precision metal parts, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and outside processing. This hands-on role keeps parts moving accurately and on schedule—from reviewing open orders and preparing shipments to coordinating local deliveries and outside processing. Responsibilities Review open order reports and prioritize daily shipping and outside processing requirements. Locate, pull, verify, and tag parts for shipment. Box, wrap, and secure finished parts on skids as needed. Check part numbers, quantities, condition, and packaging before shipment. Prepare parts for outside processing and coordinate drop-offs and pickups. Organize delivery routes and make occasional local deliveries within approximately 45 miles using the company van. Receive incoming parts and materials and verify them against accompanying paperwork. Plan upcoming shipments based on parts available on the production floor. Promptly notify the operations manager of missing, incorrect, damaged, or late parts. Represent PMG professionally during deliveries and pickups. Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage changing priorities and follow through on daily requirements. Clear communication and a dependable work history. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Why PMG?
