ePropelled IncShipping/Receiving Material Handler — Second Shift Position Overview We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Material Handler for our second shift who is flexible, dependable, and willing to support a variety of operational needs. This role plays a key part in our day-to-day logistics, from handling inbound and outbound shipments to organizing and maintaining the stockroom. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and assisting in multiple areas of production and inventory management while maintaining accuracy and following safety procedures. Base pay will be determined by relevant experience and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Employees assigned to second shift receive an additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked during their scheduled second shift. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare and package outbound domestic and international shipments. Create shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers. Prepare international shipping documentation in accordance with established procedures and coordinate with designated internal contacts or carriers to resolve questions. Maintain and organize the stockroom, ensuring materials are properly labeled and stored. Perform regular cycle counts and support physical inventory checks. Distribute received materials to appropriate departments or locations. Assist other departments as needed, including Production and Quality Control. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ERP system. Promptly report shipment discrepancies, damaged materials, inventory variances, and safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements, including customs documentation, commercial invoices, and Incoterms. ERP system experience preferred; willingness to learn and accurately use the Company’s system required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate pallet jacks, with or without reasonable accommodation. Dependable attendance and punctuality, with consistent follow-through on assigned tasks. Clear communication and a cooperative, team-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and following safety procedures. Initiative and sound judgment, including knowing when to ask questions or escalate issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
