Duties
• Lead daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely to move products throughout the warehouse
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and process improvements
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems
• Conduct regular inventory audits using RF scanners to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards during all warehouse activities
• Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups effectively
Experience
• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or distribution center operations
• Demonstrated leadership in warehouse supervisor or team management roles
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment in a warehouse setting
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as lean management is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and communication purposes
• Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and ensure safety compliance
• Prior experience with materials handling equipment operation, RF scanners, and shipping & receiving processes
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
